I also would use a gentle lip scrub that exfoliates, once a week. You don't want to use it any more than that, or your lips could end up raw and weak looking. These lush lip scrubs eliminate any rough patches that may have developed from the cold. For this type of product, I would go with lush, not only do these work, they come in yummy flavors!
Even though this may seem strange, lightly rubbing your lips with a wet toothbrush, (no toothpaste) is a great way to get pretty and plump lips instantly! After you have done your normal brushing routine, wash out the toothbrush, and lightly brush lips for about 20 seconds. Really, any toothbrush will work, but remember to put on chapstick before and after doing this.
Although it's sad, it's true: lipgloss and lipstick dry your lips out. Saying that, I'm not telling you to give your gloss up forever, but skip it if you're not going out. Instead, substitute with a lip balm that hydrates, and has a little color and shine.
I hope this was helpful!

Awesome post! I use a lip balm from coola called coolalipluxe and <3 that! I use a toothbrush to exfoliate my lips like every other night and if you apply lip gloss to the center of your lips, it makes your lips look bigger!
